Storefront Secretary, LLC

We type Wills, Medical Surrogate, Durable Powers of Attorney and Living Will documents.  If you need a Revocable Trust, we can prepare that for you, as well.  Other documents we type include divorce, name change, child support/alimony modifications, adoption, minor child relocation and petitions for paternity.  Thinking of forming a corporation?  We can type your incorporation paperwork and if you need landlord/tenant documents, we can type those too.  Sharing a house or apartment as friends or outside of marriage?  A Cohabitation Agreement might be a document to consider.

As Florida Notaries, we perform wedding ceremonies (and Vow Renewals) in our office at our classic "Wedding Wall."  If you need a document typed and do not see it here, please ask; we can probably prepare it for you.  Email us or stop by our office for document information and prices.  Walk-ins are always welcome.

About the Owner

Storefront Secretary  is locally owned and operated in Bradenton, FL by Nancy (Taylor) Sanders.  Sanders is a retired Sarasota County educator who grew up in Venice, FL and graduated from Venice High School.  As one of Florida's first National Board Certified Teachers, Sanders taught primarily government and law at Pine View School for the Gifted and in the Law Academy at Booker High School -- serving more than 20 years as an educator.  She was the founding principal of the Student Leadership Academy of Venice, a Sarasota County charter school.  Sanders received a BA in history/political science from Bellarmine College (Louisville, KY) and completed several graduate classes at the University of Louisville's School of Law and at the University of South Florida (Tampa) in the Department of Government and International Affairs and, in the Department of Education.

Following retirement from the school system, Sanders moved inland and opened DIY for LE$$, LLC (her first document preparation service) in Winter Haven, FL.  After a few years, she sold it for a nice profit and once again retired, spending much of her time as a community volunteer.  When Sanders saw an empty storefront near her home in Bradenton, she imagined it as an opportunity to open another document preparation service -- the "new" Storefront Secretary was born.  "New," because the name Storefront Secretary is actually part of Sanders' history.  While in college and grad school, she typed papers for classmates and called her typing service Storefront Secretary.   A picture of her early 1970's business flier hangs in her office today.
